The Service Delivery Team must conduct Operational Readiness Assessment to confirm if the service is ready for live cutover.

Description
The objective of this activity is to validate the Service Engagement Model and Service Level Agreement to ensure that the service requirements are met.

Once the implementation of Service Engagement Model is accomplished, the Engagement Manager must validate if the model is efficient enough to deal with complexity of the engagement in terms of multiple stakeholders, a new service offering, Clients’ concern areas, availability requirement etc.

This activity also involves getting stakeholders to validate the Service Level Agreements, Operational Level Agreements and Supplier Service Level Agreements to ensure agreement on the services, its measures, targets and reporting.

The activity concludes with the Operational Review Acceptance with the Service Delivery Team to validate if the stream is ready for go-live.
